This app allows you to export your Hangouts history to XML Files.
These XML files can be imported as SMS with SMS Backup & Restore and other tools supporting the SMS Backup & Restore XML schema, like TextSecure.
There is support for Text, Emojis, Links and Photos shared using Hangouts.
